Trying to contact regarding damaged item received over 2 weeks ago multiple tries and no reply as of yet
It keeps freezing up and I can't save anymore it just locks up at 0%. You guys need to use better SD cards. ALSO! I can't even copy it to another SD card because when I plug it in to a card reader it says it needs to be formatted but I do that it will delete all the information off the card. I need you guys to provide a solution to this issue.
By sending working consoles I bought 2 and neither work.

It's bring back memories back. While play old game it reminds me and my cousin playing a game and having a good time.

Sucks all three of the consoles I got glitch, (intermediate) sound is also horrible and after sending videos showing the problem they beat around asking you to share more videos of the problem WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PAYING IT!!! Specifically not from retro👎🏽

When I purchased the game system the website said certain games were installed but when I searched the games on the system they were not there and others that were there were in Japanese.

The case was squashed upon opening the package. $44.00 for a very flimsy and cheaply made case is not acceptable. Also I ordered the console with 40,000 games and paid extra for express post before I ordered this and still haven’t received the console. L

Did not include most games promised on website. Claim pending with the fulfillment department. I would appreciate a response. Total scam.
Missing games it said it would have. Can’t save games either like it said. Not great for what was promised. Also on delivery page said “ships within Australia -2-3 days.” Came from China and took a couple weeks. If you’re happy starting every game from scratch it’s good but can’t progress over save files sadly
When i looked up what games were included i was advised many Nintendo 64 games were included but there are none on the console just the prior generation games
OK, all the text for the game you're trying to choose is in Chinese or something and you cannot do anything but pick the picture and I do not know how to save my Pokémon game and continue later so I lt might as well not even be on there. I guess I should've just bought a game boy. Unless you can tell me how to save my game ?
